This is a good picture of the back of the house with lots of progress on the upstairs patio. They have the roof over the patio finished and the whole roof is waiting for sheathing. Hard to believe how comfortable these framers are walking along on those narrow little wobbly scaffolds they put up. They also installed some of the posts holding up the patio and bedroom over hang. They are using 4x6 posts for the heavy corners.
