They went back and made the kitchen doorway wider. This is the back entrance to the kitchen from the garage, so I wanted to make sure this was nice and wide. They also installed this eyebrow arch over the door. There is another one of these arches as you enter the greatroom from the foyer.
Outside, the roofers have installed the felt paper. Shingles are going on tomorrow before it rains.
AC conduit is being fabricated on-site. They will have all this roughed in this week. One set for the downstairs air handler, and a seperate system for upstairs a/c. Hoping this will make cooling the house more efficient.
Mistake #1 being fixed.
Mistake #2 being fixed. The plumber says the framer "moved the walls" and the framer says the plumber measured wrong. In either case, I ended up having pipes coming up through the foundation that weren't inside walls where they belonged. The only way to fix them is the break the concrete and move the new pipes.
Just more of the a/c conduit.
Plumbers have added their kitchen pipes for the sink in my peninsula/bar.
